Through the Wezesha 3 Project, he gained specialized training in poultry, dairy, kitchen garden, piggery, and crop value chains—skills he has successfully replicated at his own home. He is driven by the belief that practical agricultural skills are the foundation for household food security and economic independence.

Phillip is motivated by the potential of diversified farming to create resilient households and inspire other youth to view agriculture as a viable career path.
